My Story
A Career Built on Protecting Children
Tracy L. Paulsen has dedicated her professional life to the welfare of children and families navigating the court system. Working directly with the courts as a supervised visitation monitor, she has built a reputation for reliability, objectivity, and genuine care. At Child Care One (December 2017-July 2023), Tracy provided leadership, set clear goals, and the expectations for team members to meet.
Her work sits at the intersection of family law and social services — a role that demands both the precision of a legal professional and the empathy of a social worker. Tracy brings both to every case she takes on. She also managed Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) when hiring employees, meeting the needs of customers walking through the front door at Child Care One by providing friendly and engaging service.
Over the years, Tracy has monitored many visits, authored detailed court reports, and helped countless families find a path forward — always with the child's best interest as her north star. While working at Co-Parenting Solutions (January 2016-December 2017), she developed trust with her clients through consistent follow up and communication. Tracy informed appropriate parties of any changes regarding the visitation process. She displayed cultural sensitivity and empathy when interacting with diverse populations within the community.

How I Work
A Thoughtful, Structured Approach
Tracy's education with an AA degree from Orange Coast College in Business Administration (two certificates) and multiple listings on the Honor Roll and the Dean's List while graduating with a 3.82 GPA shows her dedication to professionalism. Every supervised visit follows a clear, consistent process — from pre-visit coordination with the court and attorneys, to real-time monitoring during the visit, to thorough post-visit documentation submitted to the court.
Her continued education at Abilene Christian University with a BS in Organizational Leadership (Candidate) and Organizational Communications (Candidate) has seen her with listings in the Honor Society and a 3.28 GPA. Her expected graduation is in 2028. Tracy's reports are known for their clarity, objectivity, and detail — giving judges and attorneys the accurate picture they need to make decisions that protect children and support families.
