Who We're Looking For

Ideal Qualifications

You don't need to be a licensed social worker — but you do need to bring professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the families you'll serve.

  • Background in social work, family services, child welfare, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills for court reporting
  • Ability to remain calm, neutral, and professional in high-conflict situations
  • Reliable transportation and availability during daytime and weekend hours
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Genuine commitment to child safety and family well-being
