Who We're Looking For
Ideal Qualifications
You don't need to be a licensed social worker — but you do need to bring professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the families you'll serve.
- Background in social work, family services, child welfare, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills for court reporting
- Ability to remain calm, neutral, and professional in high-conflict situations
- Reliable transportation and availability during daytime and weekend hours
- Ability to pass a background check
- Genuine commitment to child safety and family well-being
